K-Pop group EXO drops a mysterious video called The Power of Music Total Eclipse
On August 21, 2017, SM Entertainment has released The Power of Music #Total_Eclipse video for EXO on YouTube.

Noteworthy, video has been uploaded at approximately the same time with the real solar eclipse, that was happening at the time. It could be seen across North America.

First, in this video we see a solar eclipse animation. Then, the writing on the video says: “The power of music arises when the eclipse occurs.”

Furthermore, what appears to be Baekhyun’s voice is singing to a slow melody with his honey-like soulful voice.
SM released two versions of the Total Eclipse video – Korean and Chinese. Both seem to be sung by Baekhyun. You can check out the lyric translations down below in this article.
At the same time, EXO shared a mysterious post on their Twitter, which said “a message from EXO Planet.”
Previously, EXO shared a hint on their Twitter account. It said “Eclipse begins on August 21, 2017 09:06:43 AM (PDT) / Madras, OR”. It was the time, when solar eclipse would be occurring above Madras, Oregon.

Netizens expressed their thoughts on the shared video. Many are thinking, that videos are related to EXO’s upcoming comeback in September. The comeback was confirmed by SM Entertainment and it will be a repackaged version of EXO THE WAR album.
As always, it was no surprise, that SM loves to connect everything and plan things for years. The videos reminded EXO L’s of MAMA era, when member teasers and the MAMA MV featured EXO members chasing eclipses.
