K-Pop boy group BTS has officially changed their English name meaning from Bulletproof Boy Scouts to Beyond The Scene. The Korean name will still remain the same as before aka 방탄소년단 (Bangtan Sonyeondan)

On July 4, 2017, Korean boy group BTS has posted a logo animation onto their Youtube channel.
Where Rapmon narrated,
“Beyond The Scene – BTS”.
On July 5th, BTS Tweeted,
“We really love the new BI (brand identity) and we wanted to show it to you as soon as possible. Because we and ARMYs are connected as one it makes it more meaningful and makes us happy”
The meaning behind the new concept is youth opening the door to growth without settling for reality, protecting youth from prejudice.

The new name – Beyond The Scene is supposed to represent both past and future. This way boys are protecting teenagers from oppression and prejudice, which was BTS’ main concept since their debut. Also encouraging to chase your dreams.
BigHit Entertainment has defined the new brand as a futuristic concept that is universal enough to represent their future releases.
BTS worked with top design company for about a year to create the new logo, putting a lot of research into it. The new brand identity will now be officially used on goods, merchandise and albums starting with 5th after the announcement.
This is the new logo that shows the connection between BTS and their fandom ARMY. If you flip one or another of those doors it connects perfectly together.
