B.I.G Held First Solo Concert “The B.I.G.inning” In The Philippines
GH Entertainment’s B.I.G – 비아이지 (Boys In Groove), JHoon, Benji, Gunmin, Minpyo and Heedo, successfully performed “The B.I.G.inning” – a superb concert. It was held in Manila, Philippines last September 2, 2017 at the Music Museum, Greenhills, Manila.
The mentioned concert was their first ever solo concert in the Philippines, three years after their debut. It is a part of their Asia Tour, The B.I.G.inning. It was their second visit to the Philippines this year. They already came last July for the Super Pop Concert 2017 together with B1A4, BTOB, B.A.P, VIXX, PENTAGON and Kriesha Chu. Philippine B.I.G.innings (Official name of the fandom) were so happy for their solo event.
As early as 11 in the morning, PH B.I.G.innings were already at the venue meeting their fellow B.I.G.inning from different parts of the country. At five in the afternoon, the tickets were given out to those, who bought at the Pre-selling Event as well as the pre-ordered Official Merchandises. At six, the halls were already opened for the fans.
The concert started at exactly eight in the evening with their song, APHRODITE, with a blast and a very high energy coming from B.I.G and the fans.
The fun continued as they cheerfully answered random questions from the B.I.G.innings.
They also showcased their individual talents. Benji first performed solemnly with his violin. Gunmin rocked the stage with his dance moves. Minpyo and Heedo, the rap unit, energized the crowd with their rapping skills and its meaningful lyrics. And JHoon hyped up the whole theater using his DJ skills. The singer unit also sang an English song, Love Yourself, which amazed the audience. They also sang their astonishing songs including HELLO, TAOLA, BETWEEN NIGHT AND MUSIC, RIGHT NOW, 1,2,3, ARE YOU READY, HELLO HELLO and more.
Then, in the middle of the part in which the members are discussing how they are feeling about their first concert and thanking the fans, the surprise video secretly prepared by the fans played. It shocked the members and made them emotional and they bowed to the fans for their efforts.

Subsequently, the PH admins went up the stage and gave the cake, bouquet and presents coming from the fans and took a photo together.
B.I.G were very grateful since this is their first time receiving such surprise from PH fans. The party continued, when they performed different dance styles. And they even danced to TWICE’s TT song.
When the fans thought the concert was over, members popped out of nowhere in the crowd. It also shocked the fans. They gave out candies. And some even got the chance to take selfie with them. Afterwards, they performed several famous Kpop artist choreography routines and ended the concert lying down on the stage.
However, the joy didn’t end there. VIP and SVIP ticket holders had the chance to do the Hi-Touch with B.I.G. Moreover, SVIP ticket holders had the chance to attend the Fan Sign event after the concert.
